Leads efforts in service excellence, staff development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities also encompass problem-solving, clinical quality, financial resource management, and fostering employee and physician engagement.

Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills. The role involves flexible scheduling at a full-time capacity, based at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
