Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states, with current openings for *Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW)* interested in geriatric behavioral health.

This *Part-Time* role is based in Battle Creek, MI and involves providing direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of nursing home residents through individual, group, and family therapies.

Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring documentation aligns with Medicare guidelines, and maintaining a balanced caseload of 10-15 patients per day with flexible scheduling.
