Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive medical, preventive, and therapeutic healthcare through clinic visits, home visits, and community outreach.

Assess patient health, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests.

Coordinate follow-up care and maintain accurate records in the EHR system.

Collaborate with community providers and support vaccination and health programs.

Participate in community wellness initiatives and clinic service planning.

Qualifications include licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Alaska, with certifications like ACLS, BLS, and PALS required within a year. Preferred experience in rural healthcare and as a Mid-Level Practitioner. The position involves clinical work in diverse settings, travel, and adherence to safety protocols. Employment is at-will, with background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations mandatory.
