This full-time, exempt social work position offers a production incentive and volume-based pay, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more.
It involves providing assessment, individual, group, and family therapy to help clients improve social functioning, adjust to challenges, and make positive decisions.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, at least two years of practice experience, current Iowa licensure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Optional consideration is given to LMHC or LMFT candidates.
