Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join a Nephrology office and dialysis facility.

Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments and physical exams.

Assist in managing patients with chronic kidney disease and on dialysis.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and educate patients on treatment and medications.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Requirements: Active VA medical license and DEA certification; nephrology experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills.
