Job Description
The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, adhering to accepted standards of practice.
This role involves applying growth and development principles to patients across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The individual works collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork and exceptional care.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a CCC from ASHA, and a valid state license or pending CFY. BLS certification from the AHA is also required.
Preferred experience includes at least six months of related training or work. The position emphasizes adherence to organizational values to foster hope, health, and healing for all customers.
