Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our care team.

The clinician will provide counseling, therapy, and support services to patients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with medical providers for integrated care.

Engage in population-based education, prevention, early intervention, and chronic disease management.

Address mental health issues (e.g., depression, anxiety) and health psychology concerns (e.g., diabetes management, smoking cessation).

A strong background in childhood development is desirable.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or related field with 2+ years of therapy experience and current licensure or working toward licensure, or a doctoral degree in psychology with similar experience and licensure.
