We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a growing PACE Organization in Springfield, MA, on a full-time basis.

  • Under supervision of the Medical Director, provide primary medical care to elderly participants, including assessments, care planning, direct care, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.

  • Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; geriatrics certification preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
