Job Description

The Nurse Manager, L&D oversees daily operations in the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring quality patient care, staff performance, and staff development.

  • Promotes collaboration with other departments, physicians, and nursing schools to solve complex technical and administrative challenges.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in L&D, with certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of OR processes and L&D protocols, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage 24/7 staffing needs.
  • Requires independent judgment, adaptability, and a current RN license. The role is full-time, in person, with a salary range of $70,000–$130,000 annually.
