Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment and billing timelines.

  • Ensure completion of all clinical paperwork for residential and community services, conduct audits, and facilitate assessments like CANS and bio-psychosocial evaluations.
  • Provide training, supervision, and support to staff, including crisis management and risk reviews.
  • Develop and review treatment plans, service notes, and bio-psychosocial reports, ensuring adherence to policies and rehabilitative language.
  • Coordinate community linkages, make referrals, and lead clinical trainings for staff and families.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and standards, work flexible hours, and serve as on-call supervisor for crisis intervention.
  • Require Master’s degree, LICSW certification, and ability to work in Andover, MA with in-person duties. Compensation is $80,000/year with comprehensive benefits.
