Licensed Counselor needed to provide individual and group addiction treatment to adult patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
Qualifications include a valid LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license for Oklahoma, or registration and supervision eligibility, along with a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities encompass conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating counseling sessions, coordinating with community agencies, managing patient files securely, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Additional duties include providing crisis intervention, patient education, participating in case reviews, and supporting professional development.
