Are you an Advanced Practice Provider passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care? This full-time, salaried role offers flexibility with no on-call, weekends, or evening shifts.

As part of a leading mobile wound care team, you will provide expert care in patients’ homes, developing personalized treatment plans, performing advanced procedures, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications include a nurse practitioner or physician assistant license, at least one year of experience, board certification, and wound care experience is a plus. Must be willing to travel approximately 75% of the time.
