Seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN at our Helena location with a $2000 sign-on bonus.
Supervise staff, monitor patients, develop care plans, and administer medications to ensure top-quality resident care. Document care, communicate with physicians, and follow all federal, state, and company regulations. Manage medication safety, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with policies, protect resident confidentiality, and perform related duties. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred. Current RN licensure in the state and valid CPR certification. Six months long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills required. Punctuality and confidentiality are essential.
