We are seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to join a compassionate team in a person-centered home environment with 12 small residences on a scenic campus.
Evaluate and treat patients with various diagnoses per physician’s orders, providing personalized, evidence-based speech, voice, and swallow therapy.
Complete documentation, develop care plans, and set patient goals to enhance communication and swallowing functions.
Screen patients, offer referrals, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support rehabilitation.
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and participate in staff meetings and training.
