Job Description
This full-time position involves providing evidence-based, holistic therapy and case management to residential youth and their families.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, completing required documentation, facilitating family involvement, and delivering individual, group, and family counseling in accordance with state guidelines.
It requires collaborating with the treatment team, attending training, maintaining licensure, and participating in community and court meetings.
The role involves crisis intervention, supporting youth’s emotional and physical needs, and coordinating aftercare to ensure treatment continuity.
Qualifications include a licensed master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, with experience working with trauma-affected children and families, and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
The position may supervise interns, requires physical ability to participate in experiential components, and involves evening/weekend duties and on-call responsibilities.
