Job Description
The Lead Physician for Rural Primary Care Services oversees high-quality healthcare at rural clinics, ensuring clinical guidelines, risk management, and provider supervision are maintained.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, providing backup support, supervising clinical staff, evaluating provider performance, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications require a board-certified MD or DO with California licensure, experience in primary care, and management skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
