Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join a well-established practice expanding into the Metro West Boston area in 2026.

The position offers outpatient care for children from birth to 26 years, including newborn rounding services at local hospitals. The role involves approximately 1 in 7 call rotation with night triage, and shared weekend and holiday hours among seven pediatricians.

Candidates must be board certified/eligible, licensed or eligible in MA, and possess a valid DEA/MCSR. EMR experience is a plus. The full-time role offers a competitive salary ($180,000-$200,000), benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, life and vision coverage, flexible schedule, and professional development support.
