Job Description

Seeking a full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Mexico to provide expert symptom management and enhance patient quality of life.

• Serve as a palliative care provider in inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Build strong relationships with referring physicians and care teams to improve patient-centered care.
• Practice hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM-5PM.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in nursing or appropriate PA certification, a valid New Mexico license, and team-oriented, patient-focused approach.
