Job Description

Seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (TBS Provider & Clinical Supervisor) in Ohio with licensure such as LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or LPCC-S.

Position Overview:
Provide therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) to diverse clients across settings, including nursing homes, community locations, and homes. Offer clinical supervision to staff and supervisees working toward licensure, ensuring services meet Medicaid, agency policies, and trauma-informed, evidence-based standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver TBS interventions focused on behavioral stabilization and emotional regulation.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans per regulations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with care teams.
  • Supervise clinical staff, ensuring compliance and professional growth.

    • Qualifications: Active Ohio license with supervisor designation, minimum 2 years’ experience, and ability to travel. Preferred experience in long-term care or trauma-informed care.


    Compensation & Benefits: $60,000-$70,000/year, with health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
