Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
Conduct assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy.
Collaborate with families, educators, and mental health providers to support communication goals.
Adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges, ensuring patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
Maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, and provide training on communication strategies.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills; CCC-SLP preferred.
Bonus skills include experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with mental health needs.
Offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus, salary between $75,000-$85,000, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
