Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and mental health providers to support communication goals.
  • Adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges, ensuring patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
  • Maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, and provide training on communication strategies.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills; CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Bonus skills include experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with mental health needs.
  • Offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus, salary between $75,000-$85,000, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
