CNA/PRN Restorative

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.

Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient functions.

Assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and document using EMR/EHR systems.

Administer medications, operate transfer equipment safely, and collaborate with care teams.

Support patients with complex needs, including dementia and behavioral health conditions.

Maintain accurate records, follow infection control protocols, and provide emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in diverse healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Certifications like BLS or ACLS are preferred.
