We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at our Island Park clinic, which experiences seasonal patient fluctuations.

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostics and patient needs.

  • Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices, including pain management and infectious disease care.

  • Utilize EMR systems like eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and engage in telehealth consultations adhering to HIPAA standards.

  • Provide health coaching, education, and support for wellness and disease management.

    • Qualifications include a valid Idaho FNP license, primary care experience, proficiency in medical procedures, EMR familiarity, and strong communication skills. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. This full-time, permanent role involves both in-person care and telehealth services, contributing to comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare delivery.
