Job Description
The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises Nurses & Medical Assistants.
Provides specialized wound care in home, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, assessing and managing complex skin conditions. Performs comprehensive assessments, develops care plans, educates patients/caregivers, and collaborates with healthcare teams. Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, current MD/DO licensure, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Must have strong assessment skills, wound care expertise, and the ability to work independently in field settings. Position involves physical activity, travel (25%), and adherence to safety protocols, including exposure to biohazards.
