Job Description

As a Home Health Aide Supervisor, you will ensure the health and welfare of clients by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and staff training.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff and client documentation, conducting supervisory home visits, evaluating staff, and collaborating with nurses to develop care plans and schedules.

Qualifications required are a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Health and Human Services, with RN or LPN licensure preferred.

Candidate should have knowledge of medical terminology, nurse management, and utilization principles, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
