Job Description
This position involves managing and evaluating nursing care, resources, and staff for assigned patient groups in accordance with institutional goals.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferably, candidates will have specialty certification and at least four years of nursing experience, including two in management.
Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, performance feedback, budget management, resource utilization, communication with healthcare teams, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and adherence to standards and policies.
Additional duties involve community outreach, staff development, and ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
The role is full-time, exempt, based in person, with a weekly pay range of $969.64 to $1,167.74.
