Job Description

Join a dedicated mental health organization offering a fulfilling career in psychiatric care with a $300 monthly commuter stipend for commutes of 35+ miles each way.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual, family, and group therapies within an attachment-based framework.
  • Serve as the clinical point of contact with families, coordinate treatment goals, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.

    • Requirements: Master’s degree or enrollment in a related doctoral program, licensure or ability to transfer license in relevant fields, and experience with youth therapy. Preferred experience includes trauma, substance abuse, or eating disorder treatment.

    Offers a salary range of $68,000–$86,722, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. Positions are in-person at our Oakley, Utah location.
