Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality care to residents.

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Develop policies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Support and guide care staff, fostering professional growth.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans, including home services.

Utilize electronic health records and conduct regular patient assessments.

Promote wellness through health coaching initiatives.

Ensure a safe work environment by identifying hazards and implementing safety measures.

Requirements: Current RN license, managerial experience, strong communication and leadership skills, team collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Details: Full-time, $35-$38/hour, 32-40 hours/week. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
