Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient practice in Middletown, NY, offering full-time or part-time employment.

  • Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.
  • Perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications include MD or DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R, active NY medical license, and outpatient experience.


    • Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate + productivity incentives, with a salary range of $300,000–$400,000 annually, plus benefits.
