We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a focus on geriatric behavioral health for a growing provider supporting long-term care facilities across multiple states.

  • Position offers part-time or full-time hours, with flexibility and day shifts (Monday–Friday).
  • Responsibilities include providing psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality care and documentation aligned with Medicare guidelines.
  • Qualifications: LCSW license, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with technology.
