Job Description

Leadership nursing role reporting to the Nursing Director, responsible for hands-on supervision as Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm) with on-call duties.

  • Lead and train nursing staff and Resident Assistants to provide person-centered care, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, medication management, and documentation (EHR, Nurse’s Notes, EMAR).
  • Manage staffing schedules, participate in hiring and onboarding, and oversee inventory and budget.
  • Foster relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners, ensuring quality and compassionate care.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and proper emergency response, including 24/7 on-site coverage biweekly.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, healthcare management experience, dementia care expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
