Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Bent County Health Care Center

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a healthcare facility in Las Animas, CO.

Provide therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, following patient treatment plans.

Assist in implementing programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patient function, independence, and well-being.

Deliver therapeutic treatments, instruct patients and families on home care and adaptive equipment, and document progress accurately.

Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and communicate observations to the clinical team.

Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology by ASHA, licensure required. Preferably 1 year of nursing home experience.

Details: Part-time position with pay $55-$65/hour, offering benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance. Must be able to commute to Las Animas, CO.
