Job Description

Join a compassionate team as a Speech Therapist with a $5000 sign-on bonus.

  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on physician orders.
  • Administer and interpret speech and hearing tests.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.
  • Collaborate with rehab and nursing staff for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.

    • Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
    – Current state license in Speech Language Therapy
    – Valid CPR certification
    – Preferred six months of experience in long-term care
    – Strong clinical skills, knowledge of geriatric needs, and a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
