Job Description

Seeking a full-time NYS-licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LFT) to join our dedicated team in providing comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health services.

This position offers a competitive salary ($65,000–$70,000), a generous benefits package including health/dental/vision, life insurance, 403(b) with contributions, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, crisis intervention, data collection, therapeutic interventions, case file management, and providing individual and group psychotherapy. Supervision of interns and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are also key duties.

Requirements include provision of intensive treatment in a clinical/residential setting, clinical leadership, and passing background and drug tests. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, in person.
