Job Description

This position is dedicated to Speech Therapists who conduct home visits in patients’ residences in Tucson, AZ.
In accordance with agency policies and regulations, the role involves providing independent, age-appropriate speech evaluations and treatments on-site, teaching patients and caregivers, and developing care plans.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, establishing and modifying treatment goals, educating families, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing patient discharge.
The role requires at least 2 years of speech therapy experience, licensure in Arizona, and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred candidates will have experience with electronic medical records, Medicare regulations, and the ability to travel up to 75%.
Compensation ranges from $80-$90/hour for 20-30 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule, day shifts, and potential weekend work.
