Job Description

A Clinic in downtown Sonoma, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join as an independent contractor.

This role offers $250/hour on-site and $225/hour via tele-psychiatry, with flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time). The practice combines in-person intake days with tele-sessions, providing patient accessibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, medication management, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with patients and families. The position supports clinical independence within a private group model, with administrative support from an MSO handling billing, marketing, and patient intake.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with active California license
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Active DEA registration
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
