Seeking experienced Physicians (Internists, Geriatricians, Hospitalists, Physiatrists) for full-time or part-time, in-person roles in Eugene, OR.

Position involves providing post-hospitalization and geriatric care in skilled nursing facilities across Oregon and Washington.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $265,000 annually, with performance bonuses, flexible scheduling (3-5 days/week), and various work arrangements.
