Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice, offering full-time or part-time positions with benefits.

The role involves providing medical oversight and direct care to patients in subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings, with participation in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review activities. The physician collaborates with staff and administration to support strategic goals, maintains timely documentation, and upholds professional standards.

Essential duties include ensuring high-quality, compliant patient care, participating in medical staff responsibilities, and fostering positive relationships within the healthcare team. The position requires reliable transportation, independent judgment, and physical stamina, with shared call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include prior experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, medical licensure in the state, and BC/BE certification. Competitive salary starting at $250,000 per year, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
