CDL Truck Driver

Job Description

This full-time trucking position is with a family-owned company operating across multiple states, including TX, OH, IN, IL, GA, CA, AZ, MI, FL, KY, TN, and WV.

Qualifications include a minimum age of 23, at least 2 years of experience, a valid Class A CDL, current medical certification, and verifiable experience with Class 8 tractors and 53’ x 102” trailers. Candidates must pass background checks, road tests, and drug screens.

The role offers pay per mile ($0.48 – $1.00), with a review after 6 months, and includes benefits such as fuel cards, paid tolls, passenger and pet rider programs. Drivers will operate primarily on recent models like Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Kenworth trucks.

Home time is structured to provide 24 hours at home for every week out, with a minimum of 2 weeks out. Drivers may have opportunities for more frequent home time depending on route location. Willingness to travel 100% is preferred.
