Job Description

This in-person position offers a $1,000 signing bonus paid with the first paycheck, contingent on staying employed for one year.

**Job Purpose:**
Provide alcohol and drug education, intervention, assessment, referral, and counseling services within a residential treatment center setting.

**Responsibilities:**
– Maintain a full caseload and facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
– Conduct educational and curriculum-based treatment programs.
– Collect, document, and report client data timely and accurately.
– Collaborate with community partners and probation/parole officers to ensure client care and compliance.
– Supervise LCDC Counselor Interns and ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
– Attend required training and staff meetings.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
– Licensed as LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LCDC, or CI in Texas.
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
– Knowledge of substance abuse effects, community resources, and counseling techniques.
– Strong communication, case management, and computer skills.
– Reliable transportation; bilingual skills preferred.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
– $45,000-$51,500 annually
