We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.

  • Manage overall facility operations, maintaining adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver quality patient care, monitor vital signs, and manage outpatient services.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA to protect resident privacy.
  • Oversee staff training and foster continuous improvement in patient services.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting for optimal resident care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and operational procedures.
  • Address resident concerns promptly to support a positive living environment.
