We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, VA. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible scheduling, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work. The position involves

conducting on-site wound assessments and treatments

collaborating with healthcare teams

documenting via EMR

educating patients and caregivers

participating in care planning to reduce complications

. Compensation starts at $150K/year, negotiable based on experience. Candidates should have at least 1 year of NP/PA experience, hold Virginia licensure, and possess strong clinical and communication skills. Home health experience is a plus.
