They conduct assessments, diagnoses, develop treatment and self-management plans, and offer crisis intervention and referrals.
Working collaboratively with clinic staff and community partners, they support patients’ behavioral and physical health, aiming for high productivity (7-9 visits/day).
Responsibilities include documenting in electronic health records, participating in team meetings, training, and policy updates, and ensuring cultural competence and confidentiality.
Part-time role with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development, requiring a Master’s degree in social work/community counseling or psychology, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
