Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing care plans, providing patient education, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications: Valid GA Nurse Practitioner license, Master’s in Nursing, relevant certification, preferred clinical experience, strong clinical and communication skills, and ability to work independently and with a team.
Skills required include acute pain management, sonography, IV insertion, family and senior care, home care, tube feeding, and utilization management.
