Applicants must live within about one hour of Afton, MN, and have a minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience, including at least 1 year of OTR or HazMat experience if new to hazardous materials.
Drivers will handle 2,800–3,500 miles weekly, utilizing preloaded freight, drop-and-hook loads, and limited brokered freight, focusing on safety, efficiency, and maximizing drive time.
The role offers an average annual pay of $90,000–$110,000, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and reimbursements for CDL renewals and DOT physicals.
Qualified candidates must pass a background check, have a safe driving record, and be able to operate various trailer types and transmissions. The position requires weekly resets at the Afton shop and reliable commuting within the specified area.
