We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at our outpatient clinics with multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans for patients.

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.

Document patient care in medical records and collaborate with team members.

Monitor patients and refer to specialists as needed.

Qualifications: Current applicable state license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, BLS certification.
