The Mental Health Clinician & ACT Team Lead oversees the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Crook County, guiding multidisciplinary staff to provide comprehensive support for clients with severe mental health conditions at risk of hospitalization or incarceration.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering community outreach and crisis intervention. The role involves collaboration with community partners, providing individual and group therapy, medication monitoring, case management, and supporting clients’ daily living skills.

The position requires a master’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience in behavioral health, and appropriate licensure (e.g., QMHP, CSWA). Preferred candidates have current licensure (LPC, LCSW), experience with severe mental illness, and bilingual skills. The role offers a salary of $34.65 – $45.71 per hour and involves in-person work.
