PHP/IOP Therapist
Job Description
Recovery Ways Idaho is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our IOP/PHP team. Recovery Ways Idaho offers a full range of behavioral health services within the Treasure Valley. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services
* Facilitate *PHP/IOP therapy groups* for youth* and adult populations using evidence-based practices. *IOP for youth only
* Provide *individual therapy sessions* tailored to client needs and treatment goals
* Conduct *comprehensive diagnostic assessments*, including biopsychosocial evaluations
* Utilize *DSM-5* criteria for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
* Develop, implement, and update *individualized treatment plans*
* Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically indicated
Documentation & Compliance
* Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within the *Electronic Health Record (EHR)* system
* Maintain compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and program policies
* Participate in utilization reviews and treatment planning meetings as required
Collaboration
* Work collaboratively with a *multidisciplinary team* (psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, therapists, and support staff)
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
* Participate in clinical staffing, supervision, and program development activities
Required Qualifications
* *Active, unrestricted licensure in the State of Idaho* (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LPC, or equivalent)
* Master’s degree in *Social Work, Counseling, Psychology*, or a related field
* Demonstrated knowledge of *DSM-5 diagnostic criteria*
* Experience providing *individual and group therapy*
* Experience conducting *diagnostic and clinical assessments*
* Proficiency with *EHR systems* and clinical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in *PHP/IOP or higher levels of care*
* Experience working with *adolescents and adults*
* Training in *evidence-based* modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
* Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
