We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. *Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care in accordance with current standards of nursing practice.
* Complete assessments and documentation accurately and timely.
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
* Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families regarding care needs and progress.
* Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
* Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
*Qualifications:*
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
* Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred but not required.
