Urology Physician – Onsite Clinical & Surgical Services
Job Description
Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology Physician to join a collaborative and highly respected medical team. This is a long-term onsite contract opportunity in a modern, well-equipped clinical and surgical environment where patient safety, quality outcomes, and continuity of care are top priorities.
You will provide comprehensive urologic care—including clinic visits, procedures, and surgeries—while working alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary medical staff in a setting that follows nationally recognized standards of care. This opportunity offers stability, a predictable weekday schedule, and the ability to focus on patient care without call responsibilities.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide full-spectrum urologic care in outpatient clinic and surgical settings
* Perform procedures including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, TURP, bladder and prostate procedures, scrotal and testicular surgeries, and endoscopic techniques
* Conduct inpatient rounds and coordinate care with consulting providers as needed
* Document care and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record in accordance with established standards
* Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and interdisciplinary meetings as required
*What We’re Looking For*
* MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (American Board of Urology)
* Completion of an accredited urology residency program
* Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
* Current BLS and ACLS certification
* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
* Robotics training preferred, but not required
*Schedule & Coverage*
* Monday–Friday, daytime clinical hours
* Clinic hours generally between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* No call, no weekends, and no holiday coverage required
* Onsite coverage with a consistent weekday schedule
