* *Location:* Las Vegas, Nevada
* *Practice Model:* General Otolaryngology (fellowship-trained applicants welcome)
* *Employment Type:* Independent Contractor or Employee
* *Earning Potential: 90 percentile plus*
* *Schedule:* 4.5 days/week with no ER call (optional stipend if desired)
* *Call:* Light, shared call (1 week out of 7), practice patients only
* *Vacation:* Flexible (contractor) or 4 weeks/year (employee)
* *Additional Income Streams:* Audiology, allergy, CT scanner, hearing aid revenue
* *Tax Benefit:* No state income tax in Nevada
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients presenting with ENT-related conditions.
* Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck using evidence-based practices.
* Perform or assist in surgical procedures such as sinus surgeries, tonsillectomies, or other ENT interventions.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques including CT scans and diagnostic radiology to evaluate patient conditions.
* Coordinate care plans involving perioperative care, post-operative recovery, and discharge planning.
* Document patient encounters accurately within EMR/EHR systems like Epic or other platforms.
* Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve quality of life.
*Qualifications*
* Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT).
* Proven experience with medical imaging modalities relevant to ENT diagnostics.
* Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with perioperative care protocols and infection control standards.
* Strong communication skills for effective patient service and interdisciplinary collaboration.
